The worst bike shop I have ever used.
Had a full service. It’s quite clear.
They never road tested the bike at all
I rode the bike 4 meters and rang the shop.
Explained what was wrong and the manager told me I must have done something to the bike myself.
The mechanic rang back on Monday.
I told him I had the bike fixed by another mechanic as I was going to ride the kaiteriteri tracks. And I’m now lots of k,s from his shop.
Then he wanted proof of what I had done. Derrrrrr.
I wouldn’t have contacted them if the job was done correctly.
Quite clearly the company is first blaming the customer for the fault. That’s not how to run a business
I told them the date when I was back home but no one has bothered to contact me.
I’m out of pocket had to pay for an extra nights accomodation.
Find some one fix it on a Sunday.
So I repeat worst company I have ever dealt with don’t go there.

AH! 2 weeks later they have decided to reply.
Had one missed call no message.
I have lost so much time and expenses with this company.
And now they want me to load my bike into my vehicle and waste more of my time ……..Yea right!
At no time have I had an apology or any admission of fault.
They can come and see me and sort out their problem.
My bike is now going and usable…..I don’t need them.

Experienced and knowledgeable staff. Andy is amazing and we had our e-bike fixed and done in no time. And best of all they communicate with you about your appointment and what to bring. 5 star plus service.

Excellent service and responses from pushbike Rangiora. Went to several bike shops and spent a lot of time researching but ultimately went with these guys as listened carefully to what we wanted, didn’t try to over sell and were honest about both good bits and limitations of what we were buying. Very happy

The mechanics are brilliant. Riding Sound to Sound and have been nursing dodgy gears for 4 days. Straightened my hanger. Tuned her up again and back on the bike with a sore arse but no dodgy gears. Thank you. Love ya work

These guys care about their customers and go the extra mile. I’m buying all our family bikes here in future.. have a had a few repairs done there. Great people and so good to have that locally.
