I bought a $10,000 bike from here, then paid extra for their workshop team to install upgrades. The frame failed after 18 months. I took the bike back and was told the upgrades caused the frame failure and invalidated the warranty. They didn’t think to mention that before they took my money to install the expensive parts, then sent me out on a bike they deemed to be dangerous and likely to fail. The owner flatly refused to take any responsibility. Horrible customer service. Avoid.

- The “deal” they worked out was for me to buy another frame from them for $3000+, which they would then build up with exactly the same parts they had claimed caused the failure in the first place.
- Calling their own and Giant’s assessments “independent” is laughable.
- I assume my insurer chose to pay out rather than take the dispute to tribunal as it was less cost for them.

I’m just visiting in town on my bike. I needed a quick repair. The staff were helpful and knowledgeable. They were able to get me back on my way in quick order. Of you’re looking for service, check them out.
