On a drizzly Saturday morning, less than a week out from Christmas Day when most businesses are starting to slow down and close up for the year, the electric windows on my car decided they no longer wanted to work. Based on the rating & reviews I chose to give Fusebox/ProTech Auto a call to query the possibility of getting our car looked at, at short notice. A lovely young lady by the name of Shweta answered. She immediately tried to do a diagnostic with me over the phone and provided solutions based on her experience and knowledge. The solutions sounded fairly straight forward but she could hear in my voice that I wasn’t confident in sorting it myself. So, even though they were already fully booked today, she invited me to take my car in for them to have a look at it. We pulled in and were welcomed by Shweta. The auto electrician Ramy, who was already in the middle of fixing another car made the effort to put the tools down to come over to see how he could help. Both Shweta & Ramy have a gentle and welcoming way about them :) Anyway they asked us to give them 30mins and said while we wait we may like to consider going next door to “The Butcher's Pie Bakehouse”. We went and had a coffee (ok and a pie), came back and the windows were fixed. When asked what was required Shweta & Ramy explained it was as simple as putting some lubrication in a few areas and voila the windows were functioning again. When we asked what the damage was, they basically just said “Merry Christmas”. Thanks again team at Fusebox/ProTech Auto. Highly recommend your services and agree that you are people who truly do look after your customers really well.
If that this company for over 4 years never had a problem when in on Saturday the 13th 2025 for my spotlights all year two is put a harness in there connect my spotlights 45 minute job tops I'd say two and a half hours later he connected that up wrong not just once at the same pieces of wire three times and the aim I told him to stop working on it took his stuff out of there brought a harness myself did the job myself an hour and I'm the electrician The guy in there I've never seen him before working in there completely hopeless let the company down big time to the point I don't think I ever go back there you need to make sure the people you hire know what they're doing cuz he surely didn't
After the battery went flat on our Jeep Grand Cherokee several fault code lights appeared on the dashboard. Called at Pro Tect Auto Electrical and spoke to Joel. He connected his "State Of Art" scan tool which had all the latest Chrysler Jeep (FCA) software and soon had all the faults cleared. Excellent service and very reasonable cost. Highly recommend.
