Got some work done with previous owners that had been there for years, was awesome service. Went back much more recently for a more simple jon of a head unit installation, job was complete head unit worked fine, gave me the keys to jump bacl in and found all of the heater and a/c knobs had been left on the seat with a few switches as well. Asked them if that was an issue and they apologized and reinstalled them which is great, but noticed a week lated when I needed my hazard lights they diddn't work. Upon inspection they had not plugged the hazard light switch back in. Nothing personal against the newer owners/workers but the original owners were much more meticulous and had higher standard of work.

On a drizzly Saturday morning, less than a week out from Christmas Day when most businesses are starting to slow down and close up for the year, the electric windows on my car decided they no longer wanted to work. Based on the rating & reviews I chose to give Fusebox/ProTech Auto a call to query the possibility of getting our car looked at, at short notice. A lovely young lady by the name of Shweta answered. She immediately tried to do a diagnostic with me over the phone and provided solutions based on her experience and knowledge. The solutions sounded fairly straight forward but she could hear in my voice that I wasn’t confident in sorting it myself. So, even though they were already fully booked today, she invited me to take my car in for them to have a look at it. We pulled in and were welcomed by Shweta. The auto electrician Ramy, who was already in the middle of fixing another car made the effort to put the tools down to come over to see how he could help. Both Shweta & Ramy have a gentle and welcoming way about them :) Anyway they asked us to give them 30mins and said while we wait we may like to consider going next door to “The Butcher's Pie Bakehouse”. We went and had a coffee (ok and a pie), came back and the windows were fixed. When asked what was required Shweta & Ramy explained it was as simple as putting some lubrication in a few areas and voila the windows were functioning again. When we asked what the damage was, they basically just said “Merry Christmas”. Thanks again team at Fusebox/ProTech Auto. Highly recommend your services and agree that you are people who truly do look after your customers really well.

I had a problem with my dashboard and they did a quick service, fixed the problem, and they were really easy to work with. There was a nice man doing it and he was really transparent with it all. Possibly a bit pricey? Although not too much more than what I expected. I also haven't had enough experience to properly rate them on that, hence why I'm still giving 5 stars.
