the worst place to go
unfriendly staff and with no knowlwge of what they r selling. took the parts asking for pair, sold me something not pair. asking queations, the answer was go and find plumber.

Big shout at to Natalie Tate at Plumbing World. Nat managed to secure me an almost obsolete part for a Methven shower slider rail. Literally the last part left in the country. It worked like a charm and saved us a huge amount of money replacing the slider. Great, friendly service. Highly recommend Nat and the team.

Just received our replacement sink handle, and after waiting for it for a few weeks to get it turns up dented 😣
I found them confrontational on the phone and I didn't like their attitude much, although I'd guess they'd say the same about me.
Next time you send away for replacement parts make sure you tell the sender to put fragile on the box considering the massive delivery time.🤨

Don't buy the mirrors they not cheap as chips like stated
