My wife and I were starting a 6 week New Zealand trip from Christchurch and realized we left our New Zealand guide book home in Colorado. Found Piccadilly Bookshop on Google and headed there to get a replacement guide.
Staff there helped us find a good guide and we started talking to the owner (Neville I believe). What a nice and kind person.
The store has a great selection of books and stationery. Just what we needed and was a warm welcome for the start of our trip. Highly recommend this shop and its wonderful staff.

Fabulous range of everything ... jigsaws, cards, books, pens, stationery, toys, calendars, cards, magazines etc plus NZ Post shop within. Staff unfailingly pleasant and helpful. Love to shop local!!! Open 7 days a week.

Fabulous service from this wonderful bookshop. Rang to order a book they had in stock. Helpful staff member provided all the details and confirmed payment had been received. Book arrived by courier the next day. Thank you Piccadilly bookshop!

We've both found some really interesting and unexpected books here over the last year. On line ordering is great too as we live in the country and the books have always been ready when we come in. Usually found another title to add when browsing! The garden section is particularly wonderful. Richard and Geraldine
