I took my dog to be groomed there today. We visit the store all the time for general needs (the floor staff are always so wonderful), but it was her first time being groomed here (after becoming fearful of her old salon).
The groomer was amazing and after listening to what I wanted for her. As well as where Hollie’s sore spots are (and taking notes!) she spent some time petting Hollie and talking to her and then Hollie happily went off with her.
The groom came out amazing!! Hollie is looking beautiful, her coat is so soft and fluffy again. And as an added bonus they even put a little bow in her collar. I have already booked her back in. Thanks again team! ❤️

The team here is truly wonderful, always friendly and so helpful! 🐾 Their genuine love for animals shines through, especially with how welcoming they are to visiting dogs like my Rex. He absolutely adores coming in for his weekly food and seeing his staff friends. Keep up the fantastic work, guys! 🐶 This place is much more than just a store. ❤️

Came in today to purchase a Plecostomus and the lady was so super friendly and extremely helpful. I will definitely be back as she was very knowledgeable. Was a wonderful experience with my children. So thank you: sorry I didn’t catch your name.

I was waiting this morning for the store open at 9 O’clock and watched the people that worked there arrive. They are parking right near the front door and also taking up two car parks . I thought this is rude, considering they’ll be parked there all day and the car parks can get quite full at certain times of the day. The items I was looking for were in the freezer at the far side of the shop and I could not find one them . I believe the item was out of stock. The whole time I was looking for the product I could clearly understand the conversation of the Employees visiting so it was quite loud. I just left the other item that was in stock and left . I was ignored when I walked past the counter when I left. This is sad because my experiences in the shop in the past have been good, except it must be a company policy to upsell.
