I’ve been getting all my meat from here for 7 years, but the past two years their steaks keep getting smaller and the quality keeps getting worst, my wife went up today to get two T-Bones, what she Brough back wouldn’t make up one good T-bone, T-Bones are known for their two cuts, strip on one side of the bone and tenderloin on the other, well there was practically no tenderloin on these two t-bones, not sure if it’s just maybe new butchers in the back that don’t know what there doing or profit over quality, but we won’t be going back for anything at your stores from this point on, clearly success, money and diversification has ruined what once was a great butchers, you can’t build a butchers on sausages alone guys.

Love, love, love getting my meat from Peter Timbs! Staff are great, meat is always fresh, tasty, same price (if not cheaper) as supermarkets and never shrinks with cooking!

Now this butchery has some fabulous cuts of meat and meat dishes. They also sell good pizzas, fish pies plus other assorted fresh small goods.
If you want some really nice meat you will get it here. It is wee bit more expensive but it is very good quality. The t-bone steaks are huge; real thick cuts.
Car parking is ok although it does get busy and congested in the Edgeware Village area.
