We went to get a budgie cage and they have quite a good collection. Convenient location and heaps of parking. Good staffs with knowledge and great smiles ☺️

genuinely the worst customer service i’ve ever dealt with. the 2 girls working there give you super judgmental looks almost like they think you’re going to steal, really really off putting. neither of them greeted me when i came in, just stared at me. didn’t ask if i needed help or anything but judging by the other reviews, they clealry don’t know what they’re talking about anyways! just super rude girls. id much rather go to animates. although the pet central in shirley is amazing! super lovely staff and they know what they’re talking about.

Nikita is a fantastic groomer,
Always does amazing work and is super friendly.
My Sadie can be challenging especially when it comes to getting legs and paws trimmed but Nikita is always patient and does a great groom.
Highly recommend, 10/10

We get our 3 little ones groomed there ROCKY, Lilly and echo love their visits there they do an amazing job with all 3

Nikita at Pet Central Hornby provides a fantastic dog grooming service. She takes such great care of our border collie and always checks in with us about what we want and any concerns we have. You can tell Nikita really cares and our girl always looks amazing after a groom. Highly recommend.
