Worst customer service by store manager lady and staff joshua i think they do not want customer to visit their store also false customer commitment done by manger yet not resolved. When called to store staff hung up without even listening me .
Note :If the manger ask to you to come and see her at the store do not follow as it will be a waste of time gas and efforts she haven't even processed my exchanged request to their head office for the last 3 weeks and when called out she said we cannot support then why did you ask me come to see u first place when you know that it dosent fall under your store exchange policy guidelines just let us customers know on the phone.i have been fully honest with the information in advance on call then why you still told me that headoffice do take this consideration if It's not able exchanged anymore. The manager made false customer commitment and resulted in wasting customer valuable time , money, gas and hope . If this how you run your business I woulder why no customer will like to visit your store I wish all the best to this store and already has raised a in detail complain still under process.

*10 stars if I could! I love coming in and seeing all the staff but most times I have seen Josh. He’s always willing to help customers and can get them talking when they’re maybe a bit awkward or nervous to talk about products, he’s also really knowledgeable about the products too!
