I find this to be an excellent bookshop and post office. My only peeve is that they don't always stock every single courier bag on the racks and there is no drop box for the parcels. But the service is professional and friendly. A welcoming vibe is felt. I have also purchased lotto tickets here and again the service was thorough. It's nice to go somewhere where the staff smile! Thanks! I am a regular customer by the way.

Great selection of books. However, the staff shout out to you rather than coming up & speaking with you. I was searching for a particular book, the staff member in question went & got the book buyer whom did the exact same thing. Please approach your customers & speak with them instead of shouting out across the shop floor.

I was in yesterday (19th Dec) looking for a photo album, I asked for one of the staff to direct me to it and they did. I was in a bit of a hurry so I grabbed the best suited one, paid for it and was about to leave until I noticed a lovely lady who worked there was trying to get my attention. When I looked her way, I saw she had her arms full with different photo albums she could find. I feel bad that she went through all that trouble to give me the best service she could so I thought I’d write a nice review to give her the recognition she deserves. I didn’t catch her name but I hope she sees this, I’m very thankful!!
