Wasn’t to impressed, went in to package up a parcel with 12 minutes till close. “Sorry closed signs” we’re on both counters which was kind of awkward …. Music also got turned off while I was in there? Still had 10 minutes before close? I was trying to go as quick as I could as I knew I was pushing it for time.
Didn’t make me feel very welcome at all.

Call ahead as opening times are not accurate online. There's a post store inside, but the employees don't work for them, re: There's no way to elevate complaints. I love this store for the art and crafts and interesting items you can't find in other places. Honestly good prices for canvas of all sizes!

I love the St Martin's paper tree! The staff are so lovely & their customer service is exemplary. I regularly buy canvas & art supplies from them and when I need a certain sized canvas they always order one down & never fail to contact me promptly to collect! I love the loyalty card discounts too...it really makes a difference to an artist working on a budget! Can not highly recommend them enough!
