I had my mum send me some stuff and she used this store to post. Not only was the service poor, the staff were visibly impatient and didn’t listen to my mum when she asked for the item to be sent next working day and sold her the courier economy ticket instead. Would not recommend- 0/10 for listening comprehension and 0/10 for service
