This is a shop I regularly go to, always great service . I want to acknowledge 2 staff members. Last week I had packages I was enquiring about the best option to send to England - Ben thank you for your tremendous assistance. He went way beyond to look at all options available. Leanne I appreciate the assistance you give me. Very knowledgeable and nothing is ever a problem always a friendly welcome.

I love buying cards for when I give gifts to people (feels almost empty not prepping one when I do) and during this time, I needed about 10 cards. I luckily went to Paper Plus that day and secured a 50% off on each card which was utterly a big chunk out of what I was meant to pay and thank heavens for that one lady who assisted me on the counter for letting me know! Excellent service and very cute shop. I love it and will be back!

So I just had the most amazing customer experience here. Two staff were so accomodating and went above and beyond. From owning customer service related businesses I appreciate how demanding customers can be. I would be honoured having these staff work for me. Enjoy your cake it was well deserved!!

The old lady short one so rude. Not sure why she bothering to do the job if she cant be just happy and dont want to help the customers out.
