These guys are very good operators. Went out of their way to get my product request to me before Xmas. Lovely professional and helpful staff. Would give the 10 stars if I could. Check this business out.

The lady behind the post office counter was super helpful giving me the best options on how to send a big package to Auckland
I have been to this shop on numerous occasions and have never had a staff member ask if they can help. Most recent was last week, I'm looking for something and my partner asked what, at that point a staff member walked by, not even an acknowledgement that I was even in the store.
I walked out disgusted.

No notice on web or in Paper Plus email notifying me of 3 books waiting for me of early afternoon closing. Sign on shop says closed at 2pm for stock taking so no books & no NZ Post service. NZ Post at Cashmere closing down so this shop serves wider area. Not satisfactory.
