We visit this shop often but I'm now not sure we will be back.
We made a purchase of a Handbag but before we purchased we advised it was Birthday present and wanted to know the returns policy.
Just in case the colour or size wasn't right.
We were advised we could exchange it within 7 days. Great picked out a bag and headed to the counter.
Then we were told they had a special to get half price when you purchase another accessory. We picked out some jewellery and headed home.
Unfortunately the bag wasn't the right size so we headed back to swap. Easy right.
Sorry it wasn't that easy.
The reply from shop was.
You can't swap the bag because you purchased jewellery on special.
Advised the situation but they refused.
Great! Happy Birthday we have a bag we don't like and were duped into buying something so we couldn't swap.
NOT A HAPPY EXPERIENCE

I love this shop good customer service just one thing to ask of them is that they train all salespeople to ask customers if they are a member of there club this I found a problem when I returned a faulty item my purchase of the item wasnt recorded but they exchanged it anyway so thanks Panani
