I don’t normally send in feedback, but was inspired to after the incredible customer service at two of your Christchurch stores. I was looked after by two ladies at Northland after being sent there by a very helpful lady at the Shirley store when the shoes I wanted to purchase were available in my size at Northlands.
All three were super friendly and genuinely helpful. It has made my Friday night and I hope you will pass on the feedback to the team. Experiences like these is what keeps customers like myself loyal and coming back.

Lovely shop assistant was so helpful and patient with me in choosing new shoes. I mentioned I didn’t like how high the shoes felt so she removed one of the two insoles for me to try and I ended up making the same request for several pairs and she continued to be helpful and friendly, even when the shop got quite busy as well. Great experience!

Only put 1 star so I could comment ! This shop does not take cash so I took my $340 elsewhere !! I'll never support anyone who wants us all cashless !
