We had a wonderful stay at this charming Bed & Breakfast. The breakfast was excellent and very generous.
The accommodation itself is lovely, decorated in a classic old-style design that gives the place a very warm, cozy, and welcoming atmosphere. Everything was clean and well maintained.
The hosts were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and always happy to help with recommendations or questions, which made us feel right at home. The location is also a great boon: perfectly situated just a short walk from the center of Christchurch, making it easy to explore the city while still enjoying a peaceful stay. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

We spent a lovely two nights here in October in the midst of high wind warnings and light rain. Maddy gave us a ton of good recommendations, which resulted in a great stay in Christchurch. The botanic garden is 2 blocks away and just gorgeous. We saw a play at Courtyard Theatre a few blocks away and had several delicious meals. The daily afternoon wine was a nice way to talk through plans with other travelers. And the breakfast was all fresh local products.

One of the best B&Bessie we've stayed in. Easy access, beautiful and cozy living room. Breakfast was good, hard boiled eggs, fruit, yogurt, coffee or tea and toast! Staff both friendly & knowledgeable. Love the garden.

We spent a comfortable night at Orari. The B&B is very well located, has plenty of architectural character, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful
It loses one star because on the night we stayed there was a bunch of rowdy young people staying in the Orari apartments at the rear, who kept on making noise longer than they should have.
Apart from that, it was a great stay.

A Beautiful setting in the heart of Christchurch City Central. Central to everything! The rooms are a country style living, warm and restful, very clean and tidy. As I sat outside having my lunch and a cuppa tea I felt like I was in the country. The hospitality from the staff members were very warm and welcoming. Delicious homemade food also. Highly recommended.
