Nice staff. Manager looks at you like you stealing even when purchasing. Checking every detail in front of you. Not even hiding it. Just could be nice about it.

Went in today with a friend who is blind. Lesley instantly came to help me find shoes for my friend. Her help resulted in us both buying 2 pairs each. Her help was invaluable and greatly appreciated. Thanks Lesley

Visited there just before with kids bought 6 pair of shoes and was bit of trying and deciding going on, staff came and said needs to be tidy up, I apologize and started tidy up and managing screaming child, she was like " no you are not sorry because you haven't put all the shoes away" I walked away by saying thats not very nice attitude and passed my complaint to manager, manager said its bit under the pump, but that doesn't give the right to behave like this.

We had a very disappointing experience at this store. old lady working at the counter was extremely rude, unwelcoming, and unfriendly. From the moment we walked in, her attitude made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Very bad customer service.

Had some shoes in a difficult size I needed to find.. Ellen was very helpful. Many thanks, will definitely shop there again. 🙂
