My husband and I thought that the customer service in this store was very good, especially from a staff member named Adele. She was very helpful and patient in searching from stocks that fit my size and style. Thank you Adele. Will purchase again.

Was in store for over an hour, hardly any customers in store and at least 5 team on and didn’t so much as get a hello. They all hovered at the counter or if one would come out and we’d pass, they wouldn’t even offer a smile or “how are you getting on.” I had 6-7 pairs of shoes, wandering around the store looking for items and clearly in their line of sight and got 0 help. One lady in black who looked like a manager or higher up stared at me a few times but that’s as far as interactions got. There were random shoes incorrectly placed throughout the displays so it’s not even like they were doing operations. Might as well save on wages and just have 1 staff member on to put through sales.

Got excellent service today from a lovely assistant, Jemma.She was helpful, carering patient and gentle and with a lovely smile, she fitted my elderly Mum with new shoes. Thankyou Jemma.

Was rather amazed at how the staff members didn't move from behind counter . They were just standing there talking the whole time . When I went and payed for the 3 pairs shoes we brought no conversation was made at all . Not even a hello
Will not be going bk there again in a hurry.
