Was in tower Junction Store two times within a week. I had great service both on weekend and during the week. Both young ladies were friendly, helpful and went above my expectations to make sure I left satisfied. Rarely leave a bad review, but today's experience was disappointing. Visited this morning to browse new shoes, but despite plenty of staff on the floor, I wasn't offered any assistance. The staff seemed more interested in chatting amongst themselves than helping customers. Left without making a purchase. Hopefully, they'll prioritise customer service in the future.

Good selection of shoes but the lack of customer service was disappointing. My friend and I were not greeted at all and had to get all the shoes ourselves while three girls just stood at the counter talking. Ended up going elsewhere for some shoes.

We had amazing service from Taylor today. Taylor was super friendly and went out of her way to help my mother in law find the right shoes for her.

I visited the store this afternoon while taking my child out and picked two pairs of shoes. I asked a female staff member for help finding the right size. The store had a "second pair half price" sale, but she told me that one pair was out of stock. She checked the computer, confirmed that only the Hornby store had the right size for both pairs, and verified this with her team. She answered all my follow-up questions with patience and professionalism, and even clarified whether my size was UK7 or US7. Thanks to her assistance, I ended up ordering the shoes online. She made my shopping experience positive and is a valuable team member. I didn’t catch her name, but she was a lovely South Asian lady with a ponytail.
