Was in store for over an hour, hardly any customers in store and at least 5 team on and didn’t so much as get a hello. They all hovered at the counter or if one would come out and we’d pass, they wouldn’t even offer a smile or “how are you getting on.” I had 6-7 pairs of shoes, wandering around the store looking for items and clearly in their line of sight and got 0 help. One lady in black who looked like a manager or higher up stared at me a few times but that’s as far as interactions got. There were random shoes incorrectly placed throughout the displays so it’s not even like they were doing operations. Might as well save on wages and just have 1 staff member on to put through sales.

Had good experience buying shoes for my daughter. Was served by a wonderful lady named Adele. Went out of the way to help us find the correct size.

Was in tower Junction Store two times within a week. I had great service both on weekend and during the week. Both young ladies were friendly, helpful and went above my expectations to make sure I left satisfied. You will have great staff and awesome experience when you go to Number One Shoes & Hannah's Tower Junction. Thank you.

Rarely leave a bad review, but today's experience was disappointing. Visited this morning to browse new shoes, but despite plenty of staff on the floor, I wasn't offered any assistance. The staff seemed more interested in chatting amongst themselves than helping customers. Left without making a purchase. Hopefully, they'll prioritise customer service in the future.

Got excellent service today from a lovely assistant, Jemma.She was helpful, carering patient and gentle and with a lovely smile, she fitted my elderly Mum with new shoes. Thankyou Jemma.
