When I arrived their was not one pump available due to boy racers parked at every pump. So don't bother trying to get petrol at this service station in the evening on a weekend, these little boy racers won't even move out of the way from the pump station so you can fill your car up. Back in my day boy racers hung out in car parks and remote streets, not service stations that are currently trying to operate. I don't even think they're putting gas in their car. It's a hang out joint, purely. No respect for other people and customers and it seems the business doesn't care either. I also tried to use the bathroom and it was filthy. I wonder why.

Came last week and they were shut at 8PM when the website and google said they closed at 11PM. Called customer service because us and many other customers couldn’t purchase fuel due to it being pre pay but due to the store being closed we couldn’t go in. We couldn’t pay at the night pay because they should have been open for pre pay. Calling customer service was good at the start they said I would get a call back in around 30 minutes, 3 hours later no call. I called back and the man that answered laughed and said he must’ve just went home ahah, yes I know, I saw him leave out the door and ignore customers waiting at the door. Went again tonight and toilets were closed long before the store closed. The workers never speak to you, don’t heat up your food for you.

Petrol needs to be paid for in store during the day hours. Purchased some coffees to takeaway and they were acceptable to drink. Overall not a bad experience.

Sir/Madam,
I am writing to formally complain about an unpleasant experience I had at your station. I visited to refuel my car, and after that I politely asked the manager about any available job opportunities. Instead of responding respectfully, he was extremely rude and dismissive toward me, even though I approached him nicely.He was sounded very bossy and rude and threw attitude without any reason.
This behaviour made me feel disrespected and unwelcome. I believe customers and job seekers should be treated with courtesy and professionalism at all times.
I hope that appropriate action will be taken to ensure this does not happen to others.

I mostly come to NPD Moorhouse for the cafe rather than petrol! But of course you can fuel up here with all the regular stuff. There's a lot of food available here, the burgers are actually amazing! And coffee is great. Staff are friendly and work damn fast as it can get very busy. I never thought I'd recommend a gas station but NPD is worth it!
