Five stars isn't even close to enough. Mart and Ash at North Beach Christchurch are truly exceptional, the kind of people who remind you that genuinely great customer service still exists. Warm, attentive, and so incredibly helpful. They made everything feel effortless and left us feeling completely taken care of. I cannot recommend them highly enough. If you're heading into North Beach Christchurch, you are in the best possible hands with these two. Absolute legends.

I always have a good experience at this North Beach. The staff here are so lovely. Today, the floor manager, Sofiya, went above and beyond for me; helping me with a bag, shoes, and ordered me a t-shirt that I have been wanting for ages! She was absolutely awesome.

Good selection of men's tshirts in larger sizes which can be hard to find. Friendly, helpful service.

The girl who helped us and served me was so helpful and friendly. My nearly 18 year old lad was more receptive to her than me suggesting items of clothing! Made the experience less stressful. Thanks for always making clothes shopping easier North Beach! 🙌
