Five stars isn't even close to enough. Mart and Ash at North Beach Christchurch are truly exceptional, the kind of people who remind you that genuinely great customer service still exists. Warm, attentive, and so incredibly helpful. They made everything feel effortless and left us feeling completely taken care of. I cannot recommend them highly enough. If you're heading into North Beach Christchurch, you are in the best possible hands with these two. Absolute legends.

I always have a good experience at this North Beach. The staff here are so lovely. Today, the floor manager, Sofiya, went above and beyond for me; helping me with a bag, shoes, and ordered me a t-shirt that I have been wanting for ages! She was absolutely awesome.

Very helpful service from Sofiya, she got some Reef jandals and a cap down as these items were both high up. We purchased the jandals first then I got the cap a short time after and she remembered my email address for the second purchase and sent it through without having to repeat it.
