Lovely interaction with Lara and Jono today, Lara was friendly and very helpful, while jono was very informative and diligent, in and out in 20 minutes with a new laptop on the way 😊

Rude, aggressive, condescending, and did not know what he was doing. Didn't appear to enjoy the fact that a mere female knew more than him (as almost anybody would have). Time wasted and mucked around. This branch is the first and definitely the last unacceptable experience of “service” from Noel Leeming which has otherwise been very good at Christchurch branches. Save your money and go elsewhere.

The young lad serving my friend and me went beyond what was expected. From his initial inertia and borderline disinterest, he became engaged and very helpful
