I purchased a Moana Rd handbag satchel from this store some time back. Unfortunately over time one of the magnets that held it shut stopped working. Next time I was in Christchurch I went to the store to enquire if anything could be done. The initial response from the shop assistant was unsatisfactory. However, I persevered, contacted the shop manager, Nicky, and within 24 hours it was sorted. Excellent customer service from a store within the airport who could have easily adopted a different position, especially given that I no longer had the receipt. I commend the customer-forward approach from Nicky. Thank you!

Friendly staff gave good suggestions for gifts to take overseas. They wrapped our gifts beautifully, which was a really helpful start to our packing. I was impressed with the range of things on offer.
