I have always found the team to be very empathetic kind and understanding. I highly recommend, if you are looking for a new vet for your loved animal. Mine always get a new toy after their visit as there is a hood selection in the wall

Thank you so much to Caitlin and all the staff who did all they could for our beautiful boy Archie. We really appreciate everything you did to make his last days as comfortable as possible. We will really miss our our beautiful boy but we know he is now at peace.

The most uncompassionate and uncaring establishment, ever. No empathy for either the pet or the owner, and definitely not the warm, personalized care advertised on the website.

The only issue we had was that they dont have a nz wide database that's shared between all the other vetlife stores to have access to our pets records
