Renting a bike from Natural High was one of the best decisions I made after deciding to visit New Zealand again.
The service was outstanding from start to finish. Communication was always prompt, helpful, and very friendly, which made the whole process easy and stress-free. I felt very well taken care of throughout.
All the gear was in perfect condition and absolutely worth the money. The road bike and bags were fantastic and made my trip across the South Island an unforgettable experience.
I can highly recommend this shop to anyone planning a cycling adventure in New Zealand.

Thank you so much to the Natural High team. I went on the trip of a lifetime. Me and my brother rented 2 bikes from Christchurch for our trip down the south island .The bike rental is close to the airport which is handy. The guys gave us a great itinerary which helped plan our route. We got the scenic train over to Greymouth and cycled down to Queenstown over 8 days. The bikes were amazing. It was so easy to book and the communication was impeccable. I would book in advance as it made life so much easier for us. Thanks again from 2 happy cyclists.

We had the best experience renting touring bikes from Natural High for a month long tour around New Zealand’s South Island. All the gear was extremely well maintained and felt like excellent value for money. The team there are very helpful and generous with their time. Would very much recommend and hope to be back some day! - If in doubt about which specific bike to rent for your trip be sure to email in advance as many of the routes involve some pretty serious gravel riding.

Had a great experience renting a Surly trucker from natural high! Took it on a month long tour of the South Island - bicycle was in great working condition all around, no issues at any point. Steve took a ton of time at the start to help me set up the bicycle, and was full of super helpful tips regarding routes and cycling. They also have a mini store where i was able to get quicklinks before my trip.
They were also able to store luggage during the trip, and I also shipped back some items midway through which they were able to hold. Great folks!

This team is amazing! We traveled internationally to do the Coast to Coast and rented our bikes from Natural High. The team there was fantastic. Super helpful in planning ahead of time, flexible with our travel schedule, and they even completed the compulsory bike check before we arrived. The bikes were in great shape. Highly recommend!!
