This was our fifth time buying and selling a home. Having used a different agency each time, we previously viewed all real estate agents through the same lens. Like many owners, we also valued our home with added emotion. Nathan suggested a realistic price point that, in hindsight, was exactly what we were offered. Changed my view of using a real estate agent. After trying for over a year to sell our property privately, we reluctantly decided to use an agent. Nathan stood out from all the other agents we interviewed and we chose him because of his thoughtfulness and his upfront honesty . From the moment that we signed with his agency we became part of a youthful and enthusiastic team, we were well informed every step of the way , our opinions were noted and respected. We especially saw the value of hiring Nathan when the time came for negotiating the sale, he worked tirelessly to get the sale over the line and achieved a realistic result that we were happy with in the end. My view of using an agent verses private sale has been dramatically changed and we would definitely use Nathan again and unreservedly recommend Team Najib to any one who would like to sell their home.
Nathan is true salesman, results bottom line. Nathan definitely worked for his client to get best price, which impressed me because too often Landagent just want a buyer to get an easy commission, he pushed enough to find out what he needed to know to get best price, but knew when to back off without losing buyer and I arrived at open day in scuffy attire and he didn't judge, he did his job. Once deal was in order, he went extra mile to sort out a couple of problems to keep the deal together, while I was stressing to the max. Nathan and his lovely team are very kind, helpful and managed to stay very kind and professional. Highly recommended Nathan and his team, they stuck to their word. And their remarkable facebook video was what sold this property to my friends who passed on their expressed belief that this property is exactly what I've been looking for. Thank you to all involved.

The team work hard to support tenants and owners. They are great to speak to, and always want to help. Looking from the outside, their backend financial & support systems seem to lack functionality and be difficult to use, and their processes still need developing. However, the important customer facing duties of finding tenants, doing inspections and arranging maintenance are always done well. They are continuing to improve their service.
