The staff member who delivered our TV this morning was super helpful and friendly. To top it off, he gave me a lovely, wee thank you gift. He came in, carefully unpacked the TV, and all with a smile. I cannot forget the lovely owner, Sharon. She has been super helpful with assisting me right from the beginning. Thank you 😊
Excellent service and communication! We came to NZ on a 6 month stay and Mr Rental was a life saver in helping us partially furnish our place for a short term stay. They were prompt with all communications and delivered everything quickly and professionally. We had a minor issue with a washer they provided (which ended up being totally our fault), but they drove out that day to help us troubleshoot the issue. Can’t recommend them enough if you’re in need of a short term furniture rental!
The team at Mr Rental have been amazing! First time renting furniture and they made the process super easy. The delivery and pick up were great and on time, with excellent communication throughout. I really appreciated being updated on the delivery time, and their ETA — it made things so much easier not having to wait around wondering. Would highly recommend.
