My partner stays across the road from here. He went there to top up his glo bug power card and paid $50 the indian woman did not load the money onto the card and decided to pocket his money im guessing.
After proving that payment was made days later she reluctantly gave a refund.
We shop here often for snacks and things.
Tonight I brought a corneto soft, cookie time cookie and a 150g bluebird original chips on my card. It was $20 i told the cashier it eas wrong and he had scanned an ice cream I was paying for separately. He removed the ice cream and it came to $13.
I asked him how he managed to remove one item that $3.50 and it became $7 cheaper. He didnt answer.
He scanned the cornetto and it came up as $4. I told him the sign clearly says its $3.50 & he came out from behind the counter to check and indeed it was $3.50.
He refunded me .50 cents but the system clearly scanned it at $4.
Still doesnt explain how it was $20 when he first scanned my items.
This place is so dodgy!! Im making a report because the franchise owner and the workers are so shady.

I stopped by to buy breakfast today, and the lady at the counter was so friendly and welcoming. She greeted everyone with a smile and served us all with kindness. Excellent customer service!

First and only time i will ever go to this service station. customer service is worse than appalling. did not get spoken to, barely even acknowledged. asked to how to use the smiles reward, got no answer a blank stare and where I would've prefer save the posts today had no choice but to use as counter staff made his choice. So I left there bewildered and still ni idea about the smiles reward. High 5 Mobil for having terrible customer service

I stop here every second month for a job nearby. Everytime I've been here I've noticed how disgustingly filthy the toilets are, and seem to get worse and worse (which makes me think they literally don't get cleaned!) This concerns me for the fact that this is an establishment that handles and prepares food. Seems like other reviews have concerns relating to cleanliness in other areas here, cabinets, fridge doors, forecourt.
