First of all the place was dirty. Hair everywhere and I was the first client for the day. I told her I wanted to keep my length but just tidy up. She cut it just below my ears. I went in with long hair and came out with short. I told her I need to tie it up for work and she told me to go buy some gel. Totally disappointed and pretty pissed off

I cant seem to add another review so I'm modifying this. The new building is fabulous, and Jenny is ever-fantastic and thoughtful as a Hairdresser. I was initially recommended by a colleague and found out recently that one of my customers comes to Jenny for haircuts too. Former review: Third time coming back and again a gorgeous, expert hairstyle for my notoriously difficult-to-manage mop. Thank you Jenny!

I got my hair cut here last week and I am very disappointed in both my experience and the haircut I recieved. I see a lot of people praising the efficiency but it just felt very rushed and as if she didnt care. I asked for the deadends cut off and showed a reference photo of what I wanted with my fringe and the hair around my face. She then proceeded to pick up a chunk of hair at the back of my head and cut half of it off without checking that it was okay with me. I have spent the past 3 years growing my hair and to have most of it cut off without my permission is a big bummer. She also doesnt offer a student discount anymore which was the whole reason I went here.

I have been going to Jenny for haircuts and hair colouring service for years. She knows exactly how I like my hair done and I’m always satisfied with the result. I highly recommend Jenny, she is friendly, professional and provides great hair styling suggestions.
