Georgia helped us find the perfect pair of shoes, and she was absolutely wonderful throughout the whole process. We were struggling to figure out the right size, but she took the time to research, compare options, and make sure we landed on the best fit. All my shoes are from Mi Pi Ric & I've always felt their service to be excellent even when I've had to bring a pair of shoes back for repair. I've never left a review on a clothing store in nz but I want to thank Liz! She was really genuine and helpful to me yesterday, the mall is not my vibe but I was on a mission to finally get some boots after 2 winters of looking but not finding.. I needed some to fit my calves & she gave me soem suggestions, made me feel comfortable & helped me zip them up (this was very disheartening each time I saw some I liked but couldn't get them up fully) so thank you Liz for being helpful and being you! I'm so stoked with my boots (Preston, Black) & I can't wait to rock em all the time 🙌✨️🙌✨️🙌

Sara was absolutely fantastic and went above and beyond to help us find the perfect present! She was extremely friendly, kind, and helpful every step of the way. Our experience shopping in the store was very positive because of her customer service skills and amazing attitude! Not only was the store very organized, clean, and tidy but Sara was also able to assist us in grabbing the styles and sizes we were looking for with ease!!! Very nice choices of woman's shoes. Italian fashion in New Zealand feels really wasted, as you can see the New Zealand style in the lack of colors even in this store and it is a shame. Color are beautiful. Italian fashion is beautiful. Recommend

I was at the store trying out different shoes to fit my tiny feet and Maaz was too helpful and made my selection so much easier. She was so patient and showed me every single shoe that would fit my tiny feet in different styles. She understood what style I was looking for just by looking at the shoes I tried, I never had to say a word about my preference. She always had that beautiful smile and was never irritated though I kept trying heaps of shoes. A+ customer service, will highly recommend 😊😊😊
