WARNING Do not place any trust in these shoes as they are not fit for purpose. The glue failed on my waterproof Chameleons and the sole fell off due to the presence of water. Luckily for me I wasn't too far from base and could make it back. Merrell claims hydrolysis, a natural breakdown of polyurethane-based adhesives over time.

I had a very disappointing experience with the customer service at this store. It seemed like the employees were more interested in chatting with each other than attending to the customers. The store was quite busy, but instead of offering help or engaging with shoppers, they were gossiping and barely paying attention to anyone. It really felt like a ‘buy it and go’ attitude. Overall, it was a very negative experience, and the lack of service left me feeling frustrated.

The most uncomfortable pair of sandals I ever purchased. Avoid buying sample shoes. I understand if they were cheap, but paying $80 and getting sore feet from 30 min walk,- that’s sample gone wrong, which they are not accepting back. Might as well throw them now. I had a feeling this was a reputable brand with comfy shoes, hence why I didn’t think twice when I bought them. Very disappointing. They offered a discount for next purchase which obviously is not gonna happen. Sample in my opinion should be free or at a very low cost so brands could get a feedback on customer comfort. Sample doesn’t mean rip customers off and don’t care if they have to struggle with your uncomfortable product. Maybe your policy needs reviewing.
