I was told that if I buy from Merchant 1948.
If the shoes break have a in house cobbler.
My shoes that I rarely wear the zip broke
Took back to store not willing to help as 2 years old
They were so new that the price was still inside the shoe and visible.
I contacted the the help line on 16 November today already 27 November.
Was told a full refund but when I purchased them on special 40 % for second pair.
They are not willing to honour that on a new pair as I will be out of pocket with a refund. I was willing to pay a small difference in but not over $100.So please be caution when buying from them. I have wasted so much of my time they had a pair in store for me just the newer one but would not exchange. My partners whole shoe collection comes from there may be time to change where I can get better after sales service. :(

I went into this store today Saturday the 3rd jan 2026 at 10 o’clock, to purchase some shoes and just wow!!! I dread having to purchase shoes as I don’t find it easy to find shoes that fit well.
From start to finish today the two lovely ladies that helped me were amazing… very friendly and listened to what I was looking for they were able to point me in the right direction.. I would highly recommend both of them.. yes I did ended up buying two pairs of shoes for the wedding I am attending in Wellington. Not one but two 🫣
They were even kind enough to let me borrowed there fan to cool down while they added a grip to the bottom of my shoes (fyi the mall northlands is crazy hot I feel sorry for all the staff members having to work there in the heat..)

Had a men's shoe heel split on me. Husband took them into the store they sent to cobbler but it didn't fix them so brought them back and the manager Liz swapped them for new boots no problems at all. She was lovely. Great service
