I don’t usually leave google reviews, and I rarely ever buy heels, but I treated myself to these for my university graduation. I couldn’t find these in store anywhere, so took the risk ordering them online, all the way to Auckland from Riccarton.
To the staff that wrote the letter with my shoes, as well as packed them up and sent them - thank you so much. I didn’t expect them to arrive so quickly, and also with a little note alongside them.
My shoes that I ordered were the last ones in the company - and they tried to contact me about a small, unnoticeable issue with the shoes. When they couldn’t reach me, they sent them anyway with a note explaining the “issue”. They also put a shoe protector spray with them, to make sure I can take care of them well.
Totally the right decision, and the communication was great.
So thank you to the lovely people at the Riccarton branch, you made my entire week, and made sure I got the shoes I wanted for my graduation!!!

Very bad customer service! Over priced, cheap quality product. Waste of money.
Went into Riccarton mall store to complain/return the shoes I have bought 5 months back. They can see that the shoe was faulty and say “we don't know what you have done to that”
When I was buying the Sales rep said you can use whatever wipes to clean the shoes. Now the manager cant guarantee what the sales rep guaranteed? Would expect more responsibility from the Manager.
Probably I should find the sales rep sold this to me 5 months back? Not recommended !!

Honestly, I hate shoe shopping and finally got out of the house to grab a pair of boots. I just have to say I will be continuing to shop at this location, the manager is fantastic a real testament to the team. I worked retail when I was younger and I can tell you she’s doing a great job thank you to the whole team.

I bought two pairs of shoes from here, each over $200.
Neither of them lasted more than 9 months in usable condition. The heels came unstitched, and the soles came out.
They looked nice to start with but the quality was absolute crap and I can't recommend.
