The team at Maxwell Plumbing are all friendly & professional. Have had a few plumbers in to look at reconfiguring a bathroom & laundry. Steve worked it out so fast- he is definately knowledgable, experienced & thinks outside the box. Highly recommend for anyone who wants a well executed hassle free job!

I have made an appointment. I took the time and effort to be home during the agreed time. A team member arrived nearly four hours late. It is unfortunate that Maxwell Plumbing dishonoured the appointment at the agreed time. A courtesy call would have been greatly appreciated.

Brilliant customer service, fast and efficient - best plumbing service. We installed a kitchen in a commercial setting, water filters, hot water cylinder and sink. Perfect finish, accurate, great price and service is the best. AAA+

Jared, the plumber did a fantastic job to fix the slow pressure of my shower. He came in and saw the problem and immediately knew what he was going to do, with a big smile, He said," cross fingers". And he did it, " Horray". Thanks to social media, I had posted it on FB to share what a wonderful job he had done, as a way to recommend him to all my friends. There reason why I was over the moon because I had my bathroom renovated in 2014 and the plumber I hired left me with a slow pressure shower. Then last year I decided to call another plumber. I had Clyne and Bennie, but the plumber came in and out as quick leaving me the impression that the problem was big and could cost me heaps. He said he would call back after he consulted his boss and he never did. I call Clyne and Bennie yesterday to hear an explanation from him as it is my right to know as a customer who had paid the bill, what he could do to fix it. He rang in the afternoon, but I had Maxwell. He said, he never thought about it after he came here. He underestimated me. He had given me three options to fix the problem and then another delaying tactics, he would come next month so he could consult his boss again. Then he finally buckled and said, I could come tomorrow and try this other options. but I had Maxwell coming, so I said he could come on Monday. And lo and behold, Jared fixed it. I will tell more how much this guy is charging me for the change in the Cylinder or the valve and something on the ceiling, when I get the invoice from this service. Beware of David from Clyne and Bennie especially if you are from the minority culture, and a woman.
