Excellent 6-day one-way rental experience for our group from Christchurch to Nelson, at a reasonable price. The 12-seater luxury Sprint Mercedes Benz mini-bus was easy to drive, spacious and had a good luggage compartment at the rear to take our large cases and bags. The staff were helpful throughout, and drop-off at Nelson was simple and convenient.
We have had the best experience from enquiry to returning of van! Highly recommend for a smooth hassle free rental van hire.
Excellent vehicles and excellent communication! Our Maugers van was fantastic to drive on our epic holiday.
I'm writing to provide feedback on my recent rental of the 2024 Benz Sprinter 12 Seater from Maugers. I was extremely impressed with the vehicle and the service. The Sprinter was a fantastic choice for our long trip. It was incredibly comfortable, and the seating arrangement was perfect for our group. The vehicle handled very well, and we all felt at ease, even on longer stretches of driving. The service from Maugers was excellent from start to finish. The team was friendly, professional, and very helpful. The rental process was smooth, and the pricing was genuinely affordable, which was a huge plus. We also greatly appreciated the ongoing support throughout our rental period; it was reassuring to know that assistance was readily available if we needed it. Thank you for providing such a great vehicle and outstanding service. I would highly recommend Maugers and the 2024 Benz Sprinter to anyone
Car rentals for big cars. If you have a big family or group with you coming to New Zealand, this is the place you want to rent for. People are nice here. They really try to accommodate with what you need. Some downsides are, they don't have smaller cars and usually when you have one car booked there is hardly flexibility in going up and down on sizes since they don't really have the numbers yet. Hopefully they do in the near future. Another thing is, they will pick you up from the airport. But, we were flying from queenstown, and they didn't have a shuttle going from their place to the airport. So be ready to do some walking! Overall, pretty nice experience.
