I rented a property through Lotus for 8 months. I found the communication with Lotus professional and was always informed of inspections etc via text message and a letter.
They were very accommodating when there was a misunderstanding around the start date of the tenancy and were able to start the tenancy early.
There were some minor repairs which were not carried out as discussed (new curtains, new lock on garage) but as I knew I would only be in the property a short period I did not make an effort to pursue these.
Overall as a tenant I had a good experience with Lotus and would have had no issue staying in the property for longer, the only reason I left was because I bought a house.

Having lived in our rental for 6 years, we have found Lotus Property Management to be really professional, helpful and Friendly.
They are very approachable and any discussions have been open and honest.
Any issues were dealt with immediately too.
Can highly recommend.

Hi
Keys and his crew looked after my Rental for the last 5 years and were very very profesional.
There is nothing that Keys doesn't know when it comes to the Tenancy act.
He found new tenants quickly and sorted out bad tenants just as quickly.
Inspection were always done on time and repairs sorted by Keys were quickly sorted at a good price.
In fact I still use one of his contractors.
If this current government had not made it so hard to be a Landlord and provide homes to those who want to rent I would still be using Lotus.
But my rental has been sold so that is more tenants out there looking for a home.
High recommend the Lotus team

I rented with Lotus for approximately 1 year and 2 months. My flatmates had extremely negative opinions and shared very unacceptable situations they had encountered with Lotus. My experience wasn’t the best, there were inconsistencies between the staff and they did not ensure the correct paperwork was received and filed which resulted in Lotus not knowing I lived there for quite some time. They failed to file the correct documents to the Bond Commission for ANY of the tenants who moved in and out which has resulted in the bond being under the four original tenants who moved in two years ago and the final tenants unable to access their bond. After being told we would have to wait a month and then potentially have to deal with the tenancy tribunal etc, we disputed this on the phone, and only then did Lotus acknowledge their mistake but did not issue us with any form of an apology. Eventually they offered to resolve this issue privately.

I don’t know where to start with my bad experience with Lotus Property. I rented my property through them in September 2020. I keep chasing them for 10 days rent which they denied first and then when I send all the transactions and proofs then Keys agreed to pay me 10 days rent but he said he will pay in 14 instalments in form or management fee rebate. I refuse to take payment like that and requested him to pay me one-off payment as he has already received the payment from the tenants in the form of rent which he has no right to hold on for 14 weeks. He said he can only pay me in 14 instalments and started denying that he owe me any rent. I told him that I have all the proofs and he agreed to pay me in writing ✍️ through the email and can’t go back from what he said. Wouldn’t recommend Lotus property management to anyone.
