Very disappointed came in tonight to get my sons helium balloons done up I could see he was struggling blowing the number 6 up but when I got back it was blown up so thought ok allgood! But when I put it in my car 5 mins later it went down I didn’t even have enough time to go back to sort it the store was closed, Usually they are good but I could see he couldn’t blow the 6 up the number 1 went up easy not the 6 so we checked and looked like the balloon was faulty. Really pissed off
Poor service, and some of the assistants do not have good English comprehension. I asked if they had a late night, and they did not understand. So I asked again if they had a night where they were open later or longer hours, their reply was 'Oh no we don't sell anything like that, just children's dress up costumes' 🤔 🤭 which left me a bit baffled, I hate to think what she thought I was asking lol 😆 *Edit Kia ora in response to the email you sent me.... Thanks for getting back to me. I'd rather not discuss ethnicity or race as that has nothing to do with my concern. Regardless of what ethnicity she was, it is irrelevant and I don't care really, all I wanted to know was was if you had a day where you were open late. kind regards
Great store with a great selection of reasonably priced items. A fantastic selection tion of fancy dress costumes and wigs plus everything you would need for a party plus craft and stationery items, kitchenware, items for the laundry and bathroom plus other items with lots of stock in the large store. Plenty of parking too which is a plus.
Good prices and even better variaty! If you can't find it here, then I don't know where lol
Very disappointed with the service. The lady at the front counter was quite rude and unhelpful, which made the whole experience unpleasant. Wouldn’t recommend based on the customer service.
