Garry did an excellent job fixing the plumbing issue; however, I felt that the services and products were overcharged.
It would be appreciated if there could be clearer communication about pricing upfront. As customers, we are often unaware of service and product costs and rely on your professional expertise and transparency when making decisions.

Gary is always a pleasure to deal with. I've used Gary for a number of jobs at home. These have included bathroom renovations, laundry renovations, water filter installation, repairing mains water leak and more. He's gone the extra mile every time. I'll definitely appreciate how much extra he did to help me with my bathroom renovation. This was my first renovation and he guided me with each step of the process offering insight I definitely needed.

On 6/7/21 Gary Long turned up at home exactly when he said he would. Gary replaced our bathroom vanity top, fitting a new tap and popup plug. He also fixed a laundry tap that had seized. We are very pleased with the work.
