Fantastic service and team at Loft, they are very helpful and will go the extra mile to help you. They sorted a swap out for us to ensure we got the right fabric colour for our house and even organised keeping their warehouse open late to facilitate the swap. The products they sell are high quality and far more interesting than the main stream providers. We’ll definitely shop there again.

Found an item online, rang the local business and the extremely obliging staff put the item aside and I collected and paid for it 15 minutes later. What a fabulous store! My advice, is take the time to browse the store. So many treasures in this store tucked away on Moorhouse Avenue beside Brownies Mattress Service.

Awful people to deal with!
They did not honor what was offered to us by the salesperson, and the so-called manager overwrote that offer by saying, “It’s our sale time and we are extremely busy! We are a massive store!!” (It’s a small local furniture shop.)
I was the only one in the store, and yes—you were “busy” with having too many staff on the floor!
We wanted to support a local business, but we will never go back there! And I wonder why Christchurch businesses close one after another.
They don’t know the basics of business!

Great team there, tracked down the chairs we were looking for from the north island. We got a great discount and free transport with a reasonable order....totally recommend the store something for every taste with home fit out and decorating
