Great products, prompt shipping and excellent customer service. A couple of items (though very well packed) arrived slightly damaged, replacements were sent super fast. Will shop here again, thank you

Sonny is the best bartender out! Super efficient and made our experience amazing. Would 100% recommend the loft for any occasion. This is our favourite place in chch and sonny made it even better!!!!

Fantastic service and team at Loft, they are very helpful and will go the extra mile to help you. They sorted a swap out for us to ensure we got the right fabric colour for our house and even organised keeping their warehouse open late to facilitate the swap. The products they sell are high quality and far more interesting than the main stream providers. We’ll definitely shop there again.

Found an item online, rang the local business and the extremely obliging staff put the item aside and I collected and paid for it 15 minutes later. What a fabulous store! My advice, is take the time to browse the store. So many treasures in this store tucked away on Moorhouse Avenue beside Brownies Mattress Service.
