I'm based in the north island and wanted to purchase a specific item for a family member going through a tough time in Christchurch, the staff member on the phone was so helpful and even wrapped it in cellophane, added a ribbon and put it in a bag so the recipient didn't know what it was until she opened it. I really appreciate them going above and beyond. Highly recommend this branch.
