Keep an eagle eye on their “Buy 2 for $XX” specials. There are expiry dates in small print at the bottom of those cards — today there was a card still up that expired a week ago.

While I was shopping in here, my partner and I overheard the staff offering free stuff to a customer (probably important to note that she was well dressed and looked somewhat important) I'm confident in saying that we spent more money and we were not offered the free stuff extended to the previous customer, and we had purchased the same beer as well as some spirits. Maybe because we were dressed in hoodies and trackpants (it was a Sunday)
Also worth mentioning that even though they asked for, and scanned my Airpoints card, I never received Airpoints for said transaction.
I'll probably just stick to my local Liquorland from now on.

Love these guys, small and friendly community-based store with great long-term staff who really know customer service to the nth degree. Tried the new click-and-collect, really great, you don't have to book a slot, they just email you once the order's been received and collated, pick up any time after that. Awesomeness!
