Cathy was an absolute darling when I came in yesterday to get my seconds done on my ears. She made me feel comfortable, and we chatted away like old friends. 10/10 service.

I've been coming here for years now living with chronic pain.
The staff have always been friendly, they explain and check i know about serious meds, the chemist went out of his way to source and mix components to create a uncommon medication.
The mall parking is a nightmare but worth it to have a constant positive pharmacy.

Very disappointed with the pharmacist here, I wanted to ask for some advice I waited as was told she was busy. When she came back she was asked if she could help me and I got a "ahhh yea only if she's going to be quick". I understand she was busy but I don't want to be given rushed half arsed attention when it's for the wellbeing of my family. She could have said yes but I am very busy at the moment do you mind waiting a bit long until I am free. Petty if they are so understaffed to be rude like that. I left there and went to stay well pharmacy and even though he was busy he took the time to educate me on the product I needed and confirmed my concern in the product I initially went into buy that was not suitable for me.

in today's world sometimes rare to come across really wonderful people that go out of their way to help.. 🥰😉😻😻Very grateful, and so happy I baught that machine will do a lot of help towards my health. Xx
