Horrible horrible experience Called for my 19 month old daughter’s new anti seizure medication and was told by the unfriendly pharmacist (Mally?) that she was simply to busy with customers to call other relative pharmacy’s to check on availability. Further explained as they didn’t have it she couldn’t produce it from thin air and was extremely unhelpful with a poor attitude. Was overall an awful experience , and unfortunately the second bar experience with the same pharmacist , which doesn’t help an already stressful situation with a young child. Won’t go again and wouldn’t hesitate to tell others not to Nick O’Styke

I took an unexpected prescription in today from a dentist and said I would wait as had to be elsewhere soon after. The Pharmacist came out and clarified DOB and address as different to on their system. I waited sometime close to the counter and the lovely Angela went and checked on what was the delay. Turned out Pharmacist was on a break and it needed to be checked with him so assume it was Technician dealing with my script. Appreciate all staff need to take breaks but would have been helpful and practical if this person had informed me of the delay. I couldn’t wait any longer and went back in the afternoon.

Dont even want to give it 1 star deserves a 0 beyond disgusting customer service, very judgemental by all front counter staff extremely rude behaviour by all 3 of them, was made to feel very uncomfortable being followed around the store as if I was a criminal, disgusting behavior from grown woman will not be back and friends and family wont be either as they've experienced the same so after it happening to me also here i am writing a review. management need to sort their staffing out before they loose more customers, absolutely APPAULING

I came in today with the worst period pains of my life hoping to find some pain relief, the lady at the counter was so kind to me helping me find the best ones, and was kind enough to get me some water so I could take them.. she deserves praise and I wanted to acknowledge her kindness :) thank you

A great place to be ignored. Several times I’ve been in, wanting to buy a new fragrance, and have found the staff eager and willing to either disappear or find something else to do after a token dismissive greeting. Not impressed.
