Dont even want to give it 1 star deserves a 0 beyond disgusting customer service, very judgemental by all front counter staff extremely rude behaviour by all 3 of them, was made to feel very uncomfortable being followed around the store as if I was a criminal, disgusting behavior from grown woman will not be back and friends and family wont be either as they've experienced the same so after it happening to me also here i am writing a review. management need to sort their staffing out before they loose more customers, absolutely APPAULING

I have converted to purchasing my skincare from dermalogica at life pharmacy merivale, not only because it's a great product, my old brand I used was excellent also, however more so because of the professional, friendly and enthusiastic service and advice from Josie.
She is unfailingly knowledgeable, helpful and it's a genuine pleasure to come in store and see her, you leave the store feeling great.
Every product she has ever recommended to me has been extremely beneficial for my age and skin needs, she regularly sends the sweetest personalised messages regarding promotions and specials, she promotes, but never pressures me to purchase which I greatly appreciate.
Josie really is a wonderful asset to both dermalogica and life pharmacy.

I use the Dermalogica skin care and I have to say that Josie has been nothing short of amazing in terms of her diligent care, interest and dedication to finding the right products for the right job. She's very passionate about the product and she's always so pleased to help in any way she can. I would warmly recommend her. She is a real asset to this business.

Very disappointed with the customer service I received today at Life Pharmacy Merivale. One of the pharmacists, Cindy, was extremely rude and unprofessional when I came to pick up prescriptions for my family. Her attitude was dismissive and disrespectful, which made the whole experience very unpleasant.
Fortunately, the other staff members were polite and apologetic, but such behavior from a pharmacist is unacceptable. I’ve been a regular customer for years, and this was the worst service I’ve ever experienced here.

Came today for a specific medication behind the counter and the pharmacist was so helpful and got what I needed quicky. Great service
