I went to the pharmacy on the 24/4/2026 and picked up my script and my mother's script. I have been picking up my mothers scripts for at least 3 years. She has strong pain killers because of arthritis. When I got home, we found her DHC was not in the bag. The bag was still taped closed when she opened it. When I picked the bag up it looked like there was one small box in it with no other bulges in it. Not that I took massive notice of it because I don't really care about pills. Mum rung life pharmacy barrington straight away. The pretty much accused me of stealing them. We got a call back and apparently the workers remember putting them in the bag. A 100% lie. I have emailed the pharmacy asking if there's a camera in the dispensary because they need to review the footage. I have had no responce. They made a minor mistake and instead of admitting it they just accused everyone they could. I am absolutely disgusted at this. I do know that DHC and other powerful drugs like this are stolen all the time. Im no thief, I hate thieves almost as much as I hate liars. I will be dropping in to the pharmacy today to discuss this matter in person.

The best pharmacy ever, this is our local pharmacy, they have put our mind at ease several times over the years, I enjoy going in there for various reasons, but always enjoy browsing the goodies on display ..

Lovely staff. My 11 year old daughter had her ears pierced for first time and we had a great experience. My daughter was put at ease and the service was friendly, caring and professional. Highly recommend.

Friendly staff. A bit frustrated as it’s flu season but they don’t do vaccinations in the weekend.
