Incredibly disappointed in the Chanel section. The pricing was misleading, as they had a discount on one of the products for $160 but did not specify it was for the one product and not all by the YSL range. Despite the discount not stating it was only for the one perfume and not the lot. I ended up paying double and didn’t notice until I checked my account. Went back to clear up the misunderstanding as I remember telling her how $160 was a great deal and they told me I could not refund. I should also mention she never corrected me and was heavily misleading in her sale, intentionally making the perfume I was looking at cost $160 and not $345. I checked their online refund policy, which is different to their policy that is printed on the receipt and it says I can refund in 7 days so long as the product remains unopened and undamaged. It was both untouched nor used. To the lady who would not refund me you were incredibly rude and dismissive of my concern. You were so mean for no reason. I was not disrespectful in my questioning, just seemed like you did not want me to take back a purchase that would effect commission.

Although we didn’t end up purchasing anything due to finding the same product for cheaper at farmers, I wanted to express my gratitude to the lady at the perfume counter- Rose was her name.
My partner and I came in looking for a cologne to suit him. We both had absolutely no idea what we were looking for but thank goodness Rose was there! She was clearly very knowledgeable as she gave us informed recommendations and was able to recommend products that appeared tailored to my partners personal qualities.

Really disappointed in the Chanel counter. Early Nov i ordered and paid for a bottle of Chanel Allure as I was told it was due in 2 weeks. 7 weeks later and some phone calls in between from me the order has still not arrived. I was told they were still placing order! I asked for a refund but instead of a refund i was charged again. So 2 lots of $272 on my card and still no product 🤦♀️. This is actually the 2nd time i have had issues ordering this item from this pharmacy over the last couple of years!

I will tell all my friends not go to life pharmacy shopping again. 1/ My friends has purchased some beauty products and found life pharmacy is 40% expensive than other stores eg farmers or chemist warehouse and my friends decided to get refund due to the price difference. 2/ on the day, the sales said their manager is not on site and they can’t do cash refund alone. 2/ We came back the second day and this time they said they don’t do refund unless it’s faulty items. 3/ They can only do store credits and it is for life pharmacy riccarton only! What’s the meaning of using the brand name?

I recently visited the Chanel counter and was so impressed by the service. Sulkie, who was clearly leading the team, set the tone with her professionalism, warmth, and product knowledge. She made me feel welcome right away and guided me through options without any pressure.
What stood out most was how well the team worked together under her lead. The counter girls were attentive, polished, and consistent in their approach, and you could see Sulkie’s influence in how smoothly everything flowed.
It was such a refreshing experience — luxury service that felt genuine, approachable, and knowledgeable. I’ll definitely be returning, and Sulkie deserves special recognition for setting the bar so high. Moira
