Really disappointed in the Chanel counter. Early Nov i ordered and paid for a bottle of Chanel Allure as I was told it was due in 2 weeks. 7 weeks later and some phone calls in between from me the order has still not arrived. I was told they were still placing order! I asked for a refund but instead of a refund i was charged again. So 2 lots of $272 on my card and still no product 🤦♀️. This is actually the 2nd time i have had issues ordering this item from this pharmacy over the last couple of years!

I recently visited the Chanel counter and was so impressed by the service. Sulkie, who was clearly leading the team, set the tone with her professionalism, warmth, and product knowledge. She made me feel welcome right away and guided me through options without any pressure.
What stood out most was how well the team worked together under her lead. The counter girls were attentive, polished, and consistent in their approach, and you could see Sulkie’s influence in how smoothly everything flowed.
It was such a refreshing experience — luxury service that felt genuine, approachable, and knowledgeable. I’ll definitely be returning, and Sulkie deserves special recognition for setting the bar so high. Moira

There was a lovely lady at the counter surrounded by a galaxy of perfume bottles. I was already lost by the third sniff everything started smelling like “expensive confusion.” 😅
Thankfully, she somehow understood what my nose couldn’t and picked out the perfect fragrance! I bought one as a gift (feeling very fancy now), and she even wrapped it up beautifully.
Massive Thank-you 😊 and hats off to her perfume knowledge! 👃✨

I will tell all my friends not go to life pharmacy shopping again. 1/ My friends has purchased some beauty products and found life pharmacy is 40% expensive than other stores eg farmers or chemist warehouse and my friends decided to get refund due to the price difference. 2/ on the day, the sales said their manager is not on site and they can’t do cash refund alone. 2/ We came back the second day and this time they said they don’t do refund unless it’s faulty items. 3/ They can only do store credits and it is for life pharmacy riccarton only! What’s the meaning of using the brand name?

Despite having excellent experience with the lady chemist, I had a shocking experience with the young male chemist that saw me yesterday Friday at around 8pm.
He started by sucking teeth and saying that skin conditions were hard to diagnose. He commented about the GPs not getting to know what was what and that dermatologists were very scarce. He was patronising and only offered paracetamol for the pain. And that was that. He did not offer or show any kind of productsor aids to make me more comfortable or to avoid exposure of the affected area.
I didn't expect to get a medical opinion from him but I felt wronged for being treated as a nuisance.
I left the Riccarton Life pharmacy and walked to the pharmacy outside the mall where I was treated with respect and given suitable options.
