Today my daughter and I went to Life Pharmacy in Riccarton for our flu vaccinations. We had a wonderful experience, and I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to the nurse who administered our vaccines. I’m truly sorry and a little regretful that I didn’t get her name—but she is, by far, the best nurse I’ve ever met.
My daughter has always been very afraid of injections, and today she was extremely anxious. But this nurse showed extraordinary patience and used incredibly effective techniques to guide my daughter through the process smoothly. Afterward, my daughter kept telling me, “Mum, I really like that nurse—she’s the best nurse in New Zealand!”
I hope that by leaving this 5-star review, I can help pass on the kindness she gave us to others as well. We are so grateful to have met her—what a blessing and a privilege it was.

I went today with my daughter to get some new perfume for us both. The older lady who I think is called Rose was very helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you for such a great service. They always have a great selection and is my go to place for perfume purchase.

I popped in on Thursday 26th of June 2025, and was greeted by a lovely woman called Mereana. She was so friendly, patient and informative - I learnt a lot in the hour and a half she kindly spent with me. I picked up a whole new skincare regimen, vitamins and probiotics! It's been over a week now, and my skin isn't so red and blotchy - and, I'm feeling better overall. Thanks again Mereana, you are a true superstar!

There is a clearance section by the entrance today and I had a look at the brows products by opening the box to check if its the right shade according to the packaging. But sales associate said theres a note saying do not open (which i didn see any) i understand its on clearance but the packagings are so dented and old, as a consumer, i don’t think its wrong to open to have a look if product is all good?
I was gonna buy it but hell no service was not great

Great customer service. Best and latest products. Best selection of perfumes and often cheaper than duty free. The events they have are awesome. Just had best facial from dior and free gifts with purchase. Loyalty program too.
