My Property Manager is Mandy Shaw. She is absolutely the best! I highly recommend her. Switching Property Managers to her was the best business decision I had ever made. She is so good that even recently, when she left her company to work for another company, I transferred my whole entire rental properties portfolio over to her. That speaks volumes for itself. She treats my portfolio as if it's her own. She understands the business. She is very responsive, efficient and consistent in what she does. I never stress or worry about anything because I know I have Mandy by my side and have faith and trust in her that she will make the right decisions. This is what being a landlord/property investor should be like. Stressfree and being able to sleep at night easily not worrying about a thing.

My experience with Mandy Shaw, the property manager for my flat, has been very disappointing. Throughout my process of leaving my flat, she was difficult to communicate with and responded to my emails in an unnecessarily rude manner. When I requested an invoice, she initially refused to send it and dismissed my concerns.
During a phone call, I explained that her refusal was unhelpful, and she raised her voice, despite my request, "can you please not raise your voice at me?" She then told me not to call her again and to only communicate via email. This behavior was unprofessional and left me feeling disrespected. I would not recommend dealing with this property manager.

Grace was the first agent we dealt with during our first home buy process that actually made us feel like she genuinely had our best interests at heart. She was communicative, dedicated, friendly and invested. While we didn’t end up purchasing a property through her due to timing, she continued to be a source of helpful advice and really felt like a friend, even when there was no direct incentive for her to do so. Would highly recommend her services to any prospective buyer, experienced or otherwise!
