We recently used Layne and his team and we could not be happier with the service they provided ...10/10. They were so professional, reliable and informative around issues we were having with our plumbing. They explained everything clearly, completed work to a high standard and left the area clean and tidy. Communication was excellent. Highly recommend, would definitely use again :)

Extremely happy with the service I received for my toilet repair/installation and kitchen tap installation. Neil was polite, professional, communicative and did an outstanding job. The interaction with the company as a whole was exceptional! Highly recommend! The team was knowledgeable, professional and very easy to deal with.

My strongest advice against engaging this company! Worst customer service experience! Our builder got them to install a LPG gas station for our stovetop a while back. Now we have a gas leak, so the builder asked them to give me a call. They called and I was told it's probably a hose leak. I've asked for an appointment, so I can be present during the assessment and get a price, but was told, that they can't give me time, as they turn up when they can during the day and I basically need to grant them access to my property. Then I've asked if they can give me a call straight after the assessment to let me know what needs fixing and how much it would cost. I was told "No" again, they need to fix it and I'll get the bill and it will be in the hundreds (it's quite a broad range). I was told if I'm not happy with their terms to get another plumber and the time spent with me on the phone is preventing them to talk to other customers! Don't deserve even the one star rating!

Highly, highly recommend Layne Watson Plumbing. Professional and honest advice and efficient, tidy workmanship all finished to a very high standard. We are really happy with the work that was done for us on our bathroom renovation and improvements to make our gas bottle station safer. Thank you for the work, we will be using this business again for other renovation work in the future. We have no hesitations in recommending Layne Watson Plumbing to anyone.
