Made an online order on the 14th July and and recieved it on the 28th July missing an item and haven't been issued a refund. Contacted but haven't heard back. Would be happy to amend the rating if given a refund for the item I didn't recieve.
Always very friendly staff here, always a treat when I pop in. Great range of products with some really yummy treats.
Very disappointed with my experience. I won’t be returning to this store. The products are not fresh at all—the kimchi was overly sour, and other items had lumps in them, likely because they’ve been sitting on the shelf for a very long time

Purchased product from this store paid for delivery and the product and a month later , after many emails none of which they have replied too only read, plus their phone number does not connect I am still waiting … absolutely disgusted with this business and their attitude , definitely will never ever recommend them or buy from them ever again.
