Made an online order on the 14th July and and recieved it on the 28th July missing an item and haven't been issued a refund. Contacted but haven't heard back. Would be happy to amend the rating if given a refund for the item I didn't recieve.
Very disappointed with my experience. I won’t be returning to this store. The products are not fresh at all—the kimchi was overly sour, and other items had lumps in them, likely because they’ve been sitting on the shelf for a very long time

Ordered 21st of July and still "Waiting for details" status until now (27/07). Been emailing them but they never response. Website and third party shop is active but it seems like they're scamming people.
