Friendly staff, they had the equipment I was looking for and suitable hire period. On return I was overcharged for consumables but when I presented that to them they were apologetic and refunded the extra amount no issues. Their system automatically followed up the hire for any feedback, which I was able to give.

Turned up today, stood in the office for nigh on 10mins waiting for service. Everyone out in the yard chatting, must've seen my ute come in and parked in the yard. Got sick of waiting so drove out past the lads chatting without an acknowledgement. Won't bother coming back, crap service and too expensive anyhow. Steel Guy
