Kathmandu is a good shop as they have a good variety with their product range, having purchased some products off them from time to time.
I have only taken an outside photo because staff advised me I had to go through head office in Auckland. So with respect to their advice interior store photos are not taken.
This although disappointing is understandable.
Nonetheless I am happy to review the rating if contacted.

I am writing to share my disappointing experience at the Kathmandu Northlands Mall store in Christchurch. I visited the store and was met with a level of customer service that was frankly unacceptable. The front desk staff member I interacted with was incredibly rude and seemed to go out of her way to be unhelpful. Her demeanor was not just unaccommodating but also quite apathetic. It's truly disappointing when a brand you like is let down by the in-store experience. I hope this is an isolated incident and that better training can be provided to staff on basic customer interaction and respect. It's a shame to have such a negative encounter in a store I used to enjoy visiting. I would off given 0 star but unfortunately I had to give 1star
